71 grey plastic models do look daunting before you start.
All the grey
I really did not like the way the runners have a plastic pip under one of the feet. So I decided to add some cork to make them look like they were running over broken ground.
Cork for runners
After many hours of cleaning, priming, block colouring, quick shading then adding details we had some minis.
Then I went over the top on the blood & gore... don't know why.. they are Zombies...
To break up the ground I added some with road markings & some with old papers/warning posters.
Abomination
The abomination I added a chunk of his last kill in the right hand & some on the ground behind the right leg.
Heroes
For the heroes I went with clear bases to show off the board.
The waitress also had a pip on the training leg so I added a zombie skull (she probably just removed) for her to stand on as she rolls past.
